In an effort to be fair and have an open and honest disclosure to all Home Buyers, our Company employees, and you as the Realtor, we have the following policy:

All Realtors must threshold their clients by 1st time visiting the community with their clients, or by prior phone call, e-mail, or fax indicating that they represent the client. Due to current situations in the real estate market we are not able to honor any Buyer or Realtor requests after the fact for co-op fees.

In addition, should a Buyer disclose on the visitor information card they have no Realtor representation, we will honor their disclosure, and we are not able to honor a Realtor’s request for co-op fees at any time thereafter.

We are more than happy to co-op Home Sales Commissions that qualify with these procedures, and we look forward to providing a quality, comfortable home environment to all our Home Buyers!
